We offer inclusive email and telephone support to all of our clients who sign up for programs.

They are invaluable for anything from a last minute confidence boost before an important presentation or simply to get support for those things that "just" come up.

For some, commitment to a long term coaching relationship is either un-necessary or simply not appropriate.
There are times however when a totally impartial, supportive pair of ears can make a real difference.

Telephone coaching is designed to fill those gaps.

We offer pre booked 30 minute slots for anyone that is wants access to support but does not want to commit to regular coaching or for someone who simply wants to give coaching a trial.

Telephone coaching is also a great way to offer cost effective coaching to junior members of your organisation who are just begining to take on more responsibility who would benefit from the support of a coach.
